Our priority is you. Simple as that. With this commission plan, the money you earn stays with you.
Basically, how it works is you pay Lead Realty $399 a month and you earn 100% of your commision. The most you'll pay the brokerage in a one year period is $4,788. To put that into perspective, if you sell a home worth $250,000 and take 2% commission from it, you'll have made enough to pay the whole years worth of payments. Being that the average value of a home on the Emerald Coast is close to $400,000, you're already ahead.
This plan can't get much better than that, can it? Oh, yes it can. Not only do you get an incredible split, but you'll also get access to our CRM, Chime, that has a value of $500 a month if you were to get it on your own. On top of that, Lead Realty gives you access to BrokerMint which will help you seamlessly manage your real estate transactions and bring smiles to your clients faces. Plus, we will build you a personal website that you can share with new or current clients and provide them with a great user-experience.
Oh, and all of this is at no additional charge to you. That's right. For $399 a month, you get to keep your commission and get access to industry leading technology that will streamline your business.
80%|20% Split
We understand that not everyone may want to pay out of pocket to their broker on a monthly basis, so we created this split. Most brokerages you'll work for won't offer this split right off the bat, but Lead Realty prides itself on being different than everyone else.
The 80%|20% split is simple to explain. For each transaction you close, you'll keep 80% of the commission and 20% will go to Lead Realty. For those of you wondering, there is a $20,000 cap to this. As soon as you reach that cap, you'll begin to earn 100% of your commission*. This split is great for agents that may be brand new to the industry and are still trying to get their feet underneath them or for those of you that may not be full-time agents and don't want to pay a monthly fee**.
With the 80%|20% split, you will also get access to Chime and BrokerMint that you can use to build, grow, and nurture your pipeline so you can become a top-producing agent. Additionally, we will also build you a custom, personalized website that you'll be able to share with anyone you'd like and you'll get access to the G-Suite.
*After reaching the $20,000 cap, a $299 transaction fee is applied to each transaction upon closing.
**A $50/month technology fee is applied to agents that opt-in for this split.
